Shannon Koch, professional cyclist who rides for Team Bike-import.ch.
A Texas native, Shannon now resides in New Smyrna Beach, FL but
now races primarily in Europe. She is 22 years old and has been
racing since she was 14 years old. Before cycling she played
high school basketball. Shannon is seeking a degree in Graphic
Design and later a Masters degree in Art Education. She loves to
travel and hopes to one day live and teach in Europe.
As one can see
from her career highlights (below), Shannon has been very
successful both on the road and the track. Her
accomplishments include being a 2005 Junior World Team
Member, the 2008 Elite National ‘Team Pursuit’ Champion, a 5
time National Champion, and 15 time National Medalist.
