Luc is a Canadian athlete who has rewsidences both in Montreal (Quebec) and Cranston, Rhode Island. He has been a professional triathlete since 1998 and also is a Sport Business and Athletic Consultant. He is currently a consultant for both the International Triathlon Union (ITU) and the United States Triathlon Federation (USAT).
