The team was out in force this weekend in Southern CA.  The Cinco de Mayo crit in downtown Barrio Logan always brings out the best riders but the next day's NRC race at Dana Point makes for a fast and sometimes dangerous weekend.

The team had a mixed weekend, Team riders Ben Petz and Raul Cortez delivered  with podium finishes (2nd place) at each event!, but combined, the team suffered a total of 7 crashes.  With fields filled to capacity, and everyone gunning for the win, the speeds got tighter and the speeds faster. 

The team will live to fight another day.  After three broken helmets, one frame, two cracked wheels, scratched shifters and a rider suffering a broken clavicle, the rest of the month can only get better!  We thank you for your support and we look forward to State Championships in June.

The team was out in force this weekend racing in Buellton at the Avenue ofthe Flags Criterium, Sunday at San Luis Obispo, Torrance Criterium and Ciclovets Criterium in San Diego.  The team spread the wealth and it paid off with a podium in San Diego and top tens at each of the events.

Specifically, in the 35+ elite race, at Ciclovets, Andy Brown was 2^nd followed by Peter Anderson in 3rd place.  Picture is attached, you may recognize former olympian Thurlow Rogers at the top of the podium.

Great racing by the team and we are already looking forward to next weekend!
