POOL
update
Just an update on Superweek so far:
One 1st
place, One 2nd place, the rest in top 20 everyday. The team is
in 6th place for the series so far. Here is today's update,
hope all is well with you. Ernie
The field
has started to catch on, they are no longer racing to win but
instead against our top placed rider, Peter Andersen. Peter had
a hard time breaking away today but still managed to do it,
taking 5th place today and moving up to 6th place overall in the
series. The team rode in support once again with Mike and
Robert setting up the great escape. Unfortunately Mike took a
fall with two to go, except for broken handlebars and cuts and
scrapes, he will be able to continue. Robert sprinted for 11th,
followed by Ernie in 18th. Another good day and we get to leave
Chicago and travel back North to Wisconsin for day four. More

Team CA Pools Racing, Team Update
The Hunt for
State Championship Jerseys is over!
Finally tally-ITT-1st, Two Man TT-1st, CBR 30+ 3/4, 1st=Four
Champ Jerseys!! With a bronze medal, 3rd Place in 35+ USCF crit
Champs! And a 5th place today in the 30+ CBR, after lapping the
field!!!
A great performance by the team who today was surrounded by a
stellar group in the breakaway today including a world champion
(Rogers), national champion (Bordine), last year's state winner
and last week's state champion!! Great show of the support by
the boys in blue.

rear shots is what most of the competition saw all day!

CA Pools racing, team update
Gianluca, how are you? Just a quick update to let you know the
team took top honors this weekend taking the 35+ category at the
CycloVets Omnium. Dave Gonyer won stage 1, and we went into
stage 3 with riders placed 1st and 2nd GC. We defended the
jersey and ended up with 1st and 4th and several other top
twenty placings! Peter Anderson was 1st and Dave Gonyer 4th.
